Delivery Information
We know you’re excited to receive your Smart Beauty order, so we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.
All orders placed before 3:00 pm are usually despatched the very same day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
Every order is carefully hand-processed and securely packed in a strong transit box to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Your delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
UK Delivery Services
For most UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a calling card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package.
For selected UK postcodes, we may use the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service.
We’ve worked hard to keep delivery charges as low as possible by carefully considering both product weight and packaging size. Most orders containing up to 4 products qualify for our Small Parcel Service.

Lost Parcels
Please note that claims for lost UK parcels can only be considered after 14 working days from the date of despatch.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence.
If you need to return an item, products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In a re-saleable condition
- Returned with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane fully intact
Returns must be made within 31 days of despatch.
If you would like a refund or replacement, please send your item(s) to the address below. If you no longer have your invoice, simply include a note with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Refunds or replacements are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.
